Refunds and Returns

ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream carries a extensive warranty on our products against any defect in workmanship or materials. Warranties can only be affected once the product has been returned to ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream and a warranty inspection has taken place.

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased on ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream, you can return it provided the following:

• You have a valid tax invoice from ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream/Bikalot Com Pty Ltd
• Your purchase was within the last 30 days.
• For returns, the product should be in it’s original undamaged packaging and condition.
• Apparel can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Returned items must be sent back to ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream/Bikalot Com Pty Ltd at the purchasers cost.
• If you receive an item which is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will assist further. We will arrange for collection of the item at our cost.
• If a product was not used for it’s intended purpose, the warranty will be void.
• Returns may be subject to a handling fee.
