ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream is a brand of Bikalot Com Pty Ltd. Bikalot is a business in the sports industry with a cycling focus that produces, imports and distributes products through our network of retail stores and online. ASS MAGIC is an anti chafe chamois cream

Limitation of Liability

We have taken great care to ensure that the information presented on this website is correct. There may unknowingly be errors or inaccuracies and thus ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream is used at your own risk.

ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream can not be held responsible for any loss, liability or damages whether these may be direct, indirect or consequential as a result of the use of the ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream website or it’s products.

 

Warranty’s and Returns

ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream carries a extensive warranty on our products against any defect in workmanship or materials. Warranties can only be affected once the product has been returned to ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream and a warranty inspection has taken place.

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased on ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream, you can return it provided the following:

  • You have a valid tax invoice from ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream
  • Your purchase was within the last 30 days.
  • For returns, the product should be in it’s original undamaged packaging and condition.
  • Apparel can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Returned items must be sent back to ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream at the purchasers cost.
  • If you receive an item which is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately on ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream and we will assist further. We will arrange for collection of the item at our cost.
  • If a product was not used for it’s intended purpose, the warranty will be void.
  • Returns may be subject to a handling fee.

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over R300 within South Africa. We have a flat shipping rate of R80 on orders under R300.

Orders will be queued as soon as the transaction has been completed and funds received in our bank account. Processing can take up to 3 days during peak periods and delivery time will be within 2-3 days.

We use a 3rd party courier service and can not be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to their not being someone available to receive the package at the delivery address.

ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Stock availability

Every effort is made to ensure that items displayed on the website are in stock. Should ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream not be able to fulfill an order due to being out of stock, a return will be issued to the customer.

Stock availability during specials and promotions is strictly on a ‘while stocks last’ basis.

 

Payment and Security

ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream uses a a secure online payment solution from Payfast, which features the latest SSL3 encryption technology and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.io to view their security certificate and security policy. Payment can be made via MasterCard and Visa.

EFT payments are also possible, please ensure that the applicable reference number is used and the exact funds are transferred. The order will only be processed once funds have cleared into our account.

 

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

 

Responsibility

ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
